Feast Message from our Parish Priest
Dear Devotees and Pilgrims in Christ,
It gives me immense joy to welcome each one of you to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Health, Khairatabad, on this blessed occasion of the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, celebrated on 08 September 2026.
Today, with hearts filled with gratitude and devotion, we rejoice in the birth of our Blessed Mother, Mary—the humble handmaid of the Lord, the Mother of Jesus, and a loving mother to all who seek her maternal care. Her birth brought hope and joy to the world and prepared the way for the coming of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
A special and heartfelt welcome to all the devotees and pilgrims who have come from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and neighboring states. Your presence makes this celebration truly joyful and faith-filled. May Our Lady of Good Health lovingly accompany you, strengthen your faith, bless your families, and bring healing, peace, and hope into your lives.
As we gather around the altar, let us entrust our prayers, thanksgiving, struggles, and aspirations to the maternal heart of Mary. May she lead each of us ever closer to her Son, Jesus, and teach us to say with faith and humility, “Let it be done to me according to your word.”
May this Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary renew our hearts, deepen our devotion, and inspire us to become witnesses of God’s love and compassion in our families and communities.
Once again, I warmly welcome all devotees, pilgrims, families, priests, religious, and well-wishers to this sacred celebration.
May Our Lady of Good Health, Khairatabad, intercede for us and shower her abundant blessings upon every pilgrim and every family.
Happy and Blessed Feast!
Yours in Christ, Rev. Fr. Michael Selvaraj
